HOW CURSILLO IS ORGANISEDBristol Anglican Cursillo is run by a management committee that we call The Secretariat. As in many organisations the Secretariat has at its head a Chairperson who in Cursillo is called The Lay Director, emphasising the fact that we are Lay led. However, we also have a member of the clergy on the team whom we call The Spiritual Director. The Leader of each Three Day Weekend is called the Lay Rector who also serves on the Secretariat. In addition, the positions of Treasurer, Secretary, Communication Co-ordinator, Pre Cursillo Co-ordinator, Post Cursillo Co-ordinator and a representative to the British Cursillo Council are also in placeCursillo is both a national and international movement.
